Every design starts with walking the property. We measure the space, track sun exposure through the day, note how water moves across the yard, and listen to how you actually want to use it. A landscape designer who skips this step is just guessing.
From there we build a concept that fits the lot, the house and the neighbourhood. Whether you need a full landscape installation or a phased plan, the design is the roadmap that keeps every decision pointing the same direction.

Concept to Scaled Plan
We move from rough concept to a scaled plan with a planting palette, hardscape layout and grading notes. You see exactly where the patio sits, how the beds run and what the finished yard will look like.
If the full build is more than you want to take on at once, we phase it to a budget. The plan lets you tackle it in logical stages without undoing work later. We also spec paver stone and planting choices so the materials are decided up front.
