The work that decides whether sod takes happens before the sod arrives. We remove the old lawn, grade the soil for proper drainage and add quality topsoil so the sod has a good base to root into.

Laying and Aftercare
Fresh Sod, Tight Seams, Rolling
We lay the sod fresh, with tight seams and staggered joints, then roll it to ensure good soil contact. The sod is delivered and installed the same day so it never dries out on the pallet.
You get full watering and first mow guidance so the new lawn roots properly. Pair it with overseeding and lawn mowing for a maintenance plan that keeps it thick.
