Yard Drainage Solutions in London, Ontario
London Ontario
A wet yard is a fixable problem. We find where the water sits, then move it somewhere it belongs.

Finding the Problem
Assessing Grade, Low Spots and Downspouts
A wet yard is not a mystery, it is a grade problem or a water source problem. We walk the property, find where water collects, trace where it comes from, and figure out why it has nowhere to go.
Most wet yards come from one of three things. The grade slopes the wrong way, there are low spots that collect runoff, or downspouts dump water at the foundation. We find the cause before recommending a fix. See our French drain and grading pages for specific solutions.

Moving the Water
Regrading, Drains and Dry Wells
Once we know where the water is coming from, we move it. That might mean regrading to change the slope, installing catch basins and drains to collect surface water, or building a dry well to hold runoff until it percolates.
We size every solution to the yard. A small low spot needs a different fix than a property that floods every rain. [CONFIRM WITH GCL: We do not connect to the municipal storm system or weeping tile without confirmation.] Pair with downspout extensions for a complete drainage system.

"Dan and his team did great work on the front of my property. I told Dan when he was doing the estimate that I had a concern with a shallow Rogers cable that runs across the front. When doing the work the team took the extra time to hand dig this area making sure they did not cut the line. Outstanding service. Highly recommend. Great overall quality and experience."
